  • Use fuel-efficient vehicles and machinery and minimise unnecessary travel to reduce carbon emissions.

  • Avoid unnecessary water, energy, or material consumption on site.

  • Keep sites tidy to prevent litter, dust, and runoff from affecting neighbouring properties or wildlife.

  • Only use hazardous substances (e.g., fuels, cement) in accordance with best practice, and store securely to prevent spills.

  • Prevent harm to local wildlife and natural habitats whenever possible—report and protect any protected species encountered.

  • Use eco-friendly products and methods when suitable and effective.

  • I adhere to all applicable regulations, including waste carrier registration, controlled waste disposal, and duty of care rules.

  • All waste removal is documented and disposed of at registered facilities.

  • Feedback from clients and staff is valued in identifying impactful changes.

  • I provide waste management information as required and can supply evidence of proper waste disposal for your peace of mind.
